  4. Yum! The first time I had homemade bread with freshly ground flour I couldn't believe the taste of it. I got my friend's recipe and kept trying to make it with storebought flour and wondered why mine never tasted anything like hers. When I asked her about it she explained that the only difference was in the flour. It really is amazing to me what a difference it makes. Enjoy!
